Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Please note: Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed.

For example, orders placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States:

    6–10 business days after shipment

  • International orders:

    Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend’s address).

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed, but your order will still be delivered.

While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, Selene is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Origin: Our products may ship from our international fulfillment center in China (and, in some cases, from the U.S. depending on inventory availability). Estimated delivery times shown at checkout reflect the shipping origin for your order. Tracking details will be sent as soon as your package is dispatched.

Wrong Address Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Order processing may be delayed by 1–2 business days

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may offer:

  • Reshipment to the correct address, or
  • A refund once the item is returned to our warehouse

If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at info@get-selene.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to make updates.

If it’s too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
